Shut Up and Choke is a rebirth of a long, lost blog where you can find facts mostly about fatness from
around the world. This is an archive of funny and cute facts, feeding you with 100% fatty thoughts and keeping you in a happier state of life, hopefully.
Take note: the purpose of this blog is not to make fun or offend fat living and non-living creatures but to expose their existence for public viewing. Pig out all you can, think fatty thoughts and enjoy guilt-free choking habits.
Being fat is not healthy but it does not mean that they do not belong anymore. They must be treated with respect, too.

- The issue is not how much fat you consume, its how much of the good fat you consume, and how much of the bad.
- Sources of good fats come from fish, egg yolks, nuts, seeds, olives, durians, and unrefined oils from the health food store.
